We take the following measures to prevent the spread of the infection on shooting site.

Guidelines for
Coronavirus Safe Shooting

Fundamental Measures: Avoid 3 x Cs.

 Closed spaces with poor ventilation
Crowded places with many people nearby
Close-contact setting such as close-range conversations (Social distancing)

Specific measures:

Closed areas must be cleaned and disinfected before filming. Special attention should be paid to the most frequent contact surfaces such as Door knobs, Tables, Furniture, etc.

Any crew displaying Coronavirus symptoms should not go to the site; They must report to the producers/fixers and quarantine at home. Anyone who has come into contact with someone who is COVID-19 positive should not return for minimum 7days, even if they are symptomless.

Transport between locations should be carried out with minimum possible risk. Individual transport is preferable, maintaining 1 meter between people.

1 meter must be maintained between each person on set and marked on the ground when possible. When distance cannot be maintained, crew should use PPE items such as face shield. Stairs should be used when possible; elevators should be used by one person at a time depending on its space.

Information about hygiene measures should be posted around the set.

Ventilation of indoor spaces should be carried out often.

The use of all mobile phones, computers and tables should be limited to one person. Printing on papers should be avoided if possible.

Temperature checks are mandatory for every crew each day before they enter the set. If anyone who has a fever of over 37.5 degree should not come to the site and ask for the replacement as soon as possible.

For make-up, hair and costuming, PPE must be warn ensuring the protection of crew and cast, with disinfection of materials after each use.

The clothing of each actor/actress should be separated with plastic covers and washed in a specialized disinfectant wash. Any shared garments must be sanitized after each use.

Catering must be provided in shifts with safe numbers of people eating at any one time. Food will be provided in individual boxes. Catering staff must wear necessary clothing, single use waterproof gloves and the use of protective masks.

Specific measures: PPE

All the crew are forced to wear a mask all the time during not only the shooting but also changing the locations. At least 1 – 2 new masks will be ready and provided to each crew in a day if necessary to make sure the crew always keeps using a clean mask.

 Facemask:
Depending on the shooting situation, the interviewer will wear a transparent face mask (face shield) in addition to the normal mask, especially when social distancing can not be maintained.
